With roots in San Mateo County and the East Bay, my lifelong residency equips me with a wealth of knowledge about each unique locale, allowing me to provide invaluable insights to my clients.
The Person
Prior to my real estate career, I spent nearly 8 years working in the San Mateo County Assessor’s Office, where I analyzed and evaluated a wide variety of real estate documents. I provided customer service support, handling inquiries on recorded documents for the general public, title companies, lending institutions, and legal professionals.
My spirit of dedication and service continues to benefit my real estate clients through innate creativity and a can-do attitude. In addition to my professional endeavors, I have volunteered my time to lead the planning, coordinate logistics, and assist in 5 medical missions to Peru. In 2006, I founded a non-profit organization to educate and reach underserved communities.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru, further enriching my background and expertise in the real estate industry.

My Volunteer
I am proud to volunteer with a medical organization that conducts 5 missions in Peru focusing on gynecological health.
Our team works closely with the local healthcare network to address the needs of vulnerable populations, particularly in detecting and treating complex cases such as uterine surgeries, bladder diseases, and uterine fibroids.
